Minimal Rotor Clock is an animated timepiece that makes heavy use of CSS 3D transforms and animations. To see the clock tick faster, check this box:

The JavaScript script is surprisingly short. Indeed, a slightly cut-down variation of the demo can be compressed into a single 1017-byte HTML page (providing you're using a highly-compliant browser like Chrome or Firefox).

The clock consists of four rotors, each with thirteen faces. I've tried to organise the rotors so that the minute-by-minute rotations are aesthetically pleasing. Alas, things necessarily go a little bit crazy on the hour! Like its larger cousin, it would be perfectly feasible to fabricate it in real life.
